About me

Software and infra guy who builds things, tinkers with new AI tools and uses Arch, btw. Networking, containers and virtualization are where I go to have fun.

// larch

My own Linux distro? Hell yes.

Larch is an Arch-based distro for developers and engineers. I built the ISO, the installer setup and the docs, and it boots straight into a desktop that is already usable.

Larch desktop running niri and noctalia

Live desktop, zero setup

Boots into niri and noctalia with keybindings wired in and a dark theme on.

A real installer

Calamares-based, with full-disk encryption (LUKS) on by default, GRUB and zram.

Tools already there

btop, lazygit, paru, uv, k3d and kubectl ship in the base system.

Stock Arch underneath

Standard Arch repos, built on a fork of the official archiso releng profile.

Repos worth opening

Side projects that started with curiosity and a problem I wanted solved. Who knows, one of them might become a product, or even a company.

dwim-ai

Closed sourceIn development

An AI watchman for Kubernetes. A small Go agent in your cluster spots crash loops, OOM kills and stuck rollouts. An LLM investigates and proposes a fix with its evidence. A human approves it, and only then is anything applied.

  • The AI never touches the cluster. It holds no credentials and can only propose.
  • Every change is signed, snapshotted first and recorded in an append-only audit log.
  • The agent connects outbound only over mutual TLS, and is read-only by default.

CaaS

A mini cloud provider that rents out containers where a normal one would rent VMs. The experiment: can containers replace VMs as the unit of compute?

k8s-on-incus

Click a button, get a real Kubernetes cluster on Incus VMs. kubeadm, Cilium and worker joins are automated, and every node has a terminal in the browser.

centralresume

An open-source resume builder and manager, built as a pnpm monorepo with a Next.js app, an API backend and a shared core package.

Out of the terminal

You thought I was just a nerd? Nope. I love meeting people, hanging out at conferences and hackathons, eating well and getting out of the house. Here's the proof.

When I learn something cool, I like sharing it. These are the ones I'm proudest of.
